University Ridge

University Ridge is a partnership between Greenville County, The Georgetown Company and RocaPoint Partners to transform an existing 70’s era shopping mall into a vibrant new commercial and residential center for the region. The initial phase of development on this 40-acre site, located in downtown Greenville, is a 250,000 square foot, build-to-suit county office building designed by Foster & Partners. Once completed, the County will vacate the existing mall buildings and the remaining 37 acres will be redesigned into a 3.5 million square foot urban mixed-use development project.
