Thomas Sprague
Thomas Sprague is a Senior Associate on the Acquisitions & Development team at The Georgetown Company, a privately held, owner, investor, and developer of real estate throughout the United States. Thomas’s responsibilities include identifying & underwriting potential acquisitions and investment opportunities, development & construction management, asset management, financing, investor reporting, investment sales and leasing.
Prior to joining Georgetown, Thomas worked at Guggenheim Securities in the Industrials Investment Banking group and before that at BNP Paribas in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. In his prior roles, Thomas advised large corporate clients, family businesses, and private equity sponsors on M&A opportunities and capital raising initiatives, advising on transactions in excess of $4.0 billion. Thomas acted as buy-side advisor to BidFair USA (entity owned by Patrick Drahi) on its $3.7 billion take private of Sotheby’s and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Titan Aviation Holdings (subsidiary of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAWW)) on its $400mm joint venture with Bain Capital Credit.
Thomas received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School graduating with distinction and with a concentration in finance and real estate.
