The Georgetown Company serves as Therme Group’s exclusive US development partner to programmatically develop their unique wellness facilities in key gateway cities across the United States. Therme Group is the leading global integrator of health, sustainability, and recreation concepts that is revolutionizing the wellbeing industry. Guided by the principle of “wellbeing for all,” Therme facilities (each of which total approx. 500,000sf) offer holistic, accessibly priced services for customers of all ages — whether it is group thermal bathing and sauna experiences, reimagined family-friendly water-based attractions, botanical and community gardens, personalized treatments, or immersive art programs. Therme Group, and its strategic partner Wund Holding, currently own and operate five facilities in Europe with the largest in Munich, Germany attracting approximately 1.9m visitors in 2023. In addition to the US development, Therme Group currently has three international development projects underway in Canada, England and Germany.
