In a joint venture with the Taubman Company, The Georgetown Company developed this 1.1 million square foot mall with architects Brown McDaniel Bhandari, Inc. and Moody Nolan. With over 125 retailers located on the property – including JCPenny, Macy’s, Sears, H&M, Abercrombie & Fitch and Forever 21 – the mall anchors the retail market in the affluent Dublin community. After acquiring the site a part of a broader retail strategy in Columbus, The Georgetown Company sold its 50% of the joint venture interest to Taubman in 1998.
