The development surrounds a 2.3 acre park, designed by James Burkart Associates, Inc., and includes over 565,000 square feet of office space and 2,825 parking spaces situated on 43 acres.</image:caption>

Architect Moody Nolan designed the building to be reflective of Easton’s architectural standards and Abbott’s aesthetic. The four-story, 215,000 square foot building, situated on 18.6 acres, houses an open, collaborative work environment in a light-filled setting adjacent to water features and a 2.3 acre park, designed by James Burkhart Associates, Inc. The building was completed in March 2017 and sold in May 2017 to 90 North and KAMCO.</image:caption>
