Riley Bartlett

Riley Bartlett is a Development Manager with The Georgetown Company. Riley is responsible for managing day-to-day development activities on Georgetown’s investments in the Washington DC area. Prior to joining The Georgetown Company, Riley was a Senior Analyst for JBG SMITH (NYSE: JBGS), a leading owner and developer of high-quality, mixed-use properties in the Washington, DC metro area. In his prior role, Riley was primarily responsible for executing development plans for several mixed-use and placemaking projects including Eckington Yards, a 600+ unit multifamily development, National Landing Water Park, a 1.6-acre retail adaptive reuse, and 2200 Crystal Drive, a 200+ unit office-to-residential conversion.

Riley graduated from Washington & Lee University in 2020 with a B.S. in Business Administration and B.A. in Politics. He also received a Commission from the Virginia Military Institute Army ROTC program and currently serves as a Logistics Officer in the United States Army Reserve.
