The Residence Inn by Marriott was completed in 2000 and renovated in 2021 in partnership with Olshan Hotels. It is the only upscale extended stay hotel serving the Easton market. The hotel features 120 total rooms, with a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom suites, over 700 square feet of meeting space, a basketball court, fitness center and outdoor swimming pool.
