Peter Armstrong

Peter Armstrong is a Managing Director with The Georgetown Company.  Peter opened the Washington, DC office for the firm in 2013 and is responsible for the Georgetown’s investments in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining The Georgetown Company, Peter was a Senior Project Manager for WC Smith, one of largest developers of multi-family properties in Washington, DC.

Peter graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in History in 2006 and holds a MPS-Real Estate degree with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University. Peter is active in philanthropy for the University of Virginia. He served as the vice-chair for the Greater Washington Regional Board for the University’s College of Arts and Sciences and recently completed a six-year term as a board member of the College of Arts and Sciences’ Benefactors Society Board. Peter lives in Washington, DC with his wife Marta and son Lucas.
