Working in partnership with Alliance Bernstein and the City of Santa Barbara to re-envision this critical 2-block center of Downtown Santa Barbara into a major new residential development with ancillary retail. Project being designed by Gensler will require the renovation and reconstruction of multiple buildings transforming this currently moribund retail project into a vibrant concentration of new residents supporting the City’s objectives to enhance State Street and achieve critical housing initiatives.
