Park Avenue Armory
643 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10065
The $200 million capital program for the Park Avenue Armory is led by a Georgetown Company principal as co-chairman of the Park Avenue Amory board. Designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron and others, the program includes preservation and restoration of the Armory’s unique historical spaces and creation of a new, contemporary mixed-media cultural center dedicated to the performing and visual arts. The Armory is a National Historic Landmark originally designed by leading architects of the late-19th Century, including Louis Comfort Tiffany, Stanford White and the Herter Brothers.
