Newport Office Tower

The Georgetown Company acquired the Newport Office Tower, located along the New Jersey waterfront, in 1991 through a joint venture with L Brands Inc. At the time of the acquisition, the 1 million square foot building was underperforming and completely vacant. Alongside Ehrenkrantz Eckstut & Kuhn Architects, The Georgetown Company successfully repositioned the building and increased occupancy to 100%, resulting in its 1997 sale.
