Nationwide Children’s Hospital

The Georgetown Company served as the development advisor to the Nationwide Children’s Hospital board of directors and senior executive staff for the hospital’s 10-year development program. This program includes plans for a faculty office building, community ambulatory building, behavioral health building, research building, an in-patient hospital tower and associated parking garages. All new development will be done in accordance with an existing west campus master plan that will guide this and future development. The total cost of the project is over $1 billion and is being designed by architects NBBJ, FKP and MKSK/OLIN.
