Development of a 396-unit luxury multi-family rental project with retail at the base, a new pocket park and in close proximity to the metro line. The project will utilize the existing on-site parking structure negating the typical parking podium design that characterizes much of Chicago’s high-rise residential thereby enabling the building to elegantly meet the ground. Designed by BKL Architects and located in the affluent Lincoln Park market area, final approvals are expected in Q4 2024 with construction to commence thereafter.
