Lazarus Building

At the request of the Mayor of Columbus and the Columbus Downtown Building Leadership, The Georgetown Company transformed the historic Lazarus headquarter in downtown Columbus into the largest U.S. Green Building Council LEED Gold certified office building in the Midwest. The project included converting the property into Class A, environmentally conscious, multi-tenant office space that is now 95% occupied. Completed in 2007, it was awarded both the 2007 NAOIP National Award for Green Development and the award for Best Adaptive Re-Use.
