Jon Heimbach
With over 30 years in the commercial construction industry, Jon has worked with owners, developers, and contractors on various retail, institutional, healthcare, and residential construction projects in many states. Beginning in the industry as a union laborer while attending university, then progressing through the ranks while working on some of the largest retail development projects in the country, Jon gained invaluable construction management experience. Moving to New York City at the beginning of the 21st century, Jon worked on various complex, high profile NYC projects including NYU’s New School of Law and NYU Medical Center’s Smilow Research Center. After a stint in Colorado managing a large right-to-build development project, Jon returned to upstate New York to manage the construction projects for a rural healthcare system gaining experience conducting heavy construction activities in occupied settings. Jon joined The Georgetown Company in 2017 and has been working on large development projects in NYC, Chicago, Boston, and Washington, DC.
Jon previously held the ANSI Project Manager Professional certification, has a current OSHA 30 card, and focuses on compliance and regulatory issues.
