IAC Building

555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011

The IAC Building was the first office project designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry in New York City and serves as the consolidated world headquarters for IAC/InterActive Corp. Completed in 2006 for $150 million, it was developed on a brownfield site with complex subsurface conditions and included $80 million in tax-exempt Liberty Bond financing. The 200,000 square foot building spans 10 stories and includes 96 sub-surface parking spaces. The building’s groundbreaking design and construction techniques have been recognized with numerous awards, and it served as a catalyst for new development within the West Chelsea submarket.
