Acquired in January 2022, the 250-key Hutton Hotel is recognized as Nashville’s original boutique life-style hotel. The AAA 4-Diamond rated Hutton is home to Analog, a preeminent entertainment venue, and two state-of-the-art writers rooms/recording studio’s, capturing the creative atmosphere of the city and its unrivaled live music scene.
Renovation of the Hotel’s new restaurant, Evelyn’s, ballroom and meeting spaces are complete. Upgrades to the guestrooms and guestroom floors, elevating the design and guest experience, commenced in January 2024. Plans are also underway to activate and enliven the lobby, which will add a bar, listening lounge and dedicated artist performance area.
