This Hollywood, CA project will consist of a 250-unit luxury multi-family rental project, planned so that the new residential construction is integrated with an existing office building and parking structure to create a cohesive campus. Designed by KFA Architecture and located in the vibrant and expanding Hollywood market area, approvals are expected in late 2025 or early 2026 with construction to commence thereafter.
