This former steam heating plant, located in Washington D.C.’s Georgetown neighborhood, is being transformed into Four Seasons-branded luxury residences. Development of the landmark 70-unit, $300 million dollar project includes transforming the former coal yard just south of the building into a 1-acre public park designed by landscape architect OLIN.
