Located in the Judiciary Square neighborhood of Washington D.C., Georgetown plans to convert this 539,478 square-foot office building into an approximately 500-unit, Class-A multi-family rental building. Designed by Eric Colbert & Associates, the project will utilize existing structure to maintain the character of depth and shadow while weaving new, but classic, materials through the existing and new facades.
