Created through a joint venture between The Georgetown Company and L Brands, Inc. in 1994, Easton is a mixed-use development of 12 million square feet within a 1,300-acre master planned development. The development was designed by various architects, including Cooper, Robertson & Partners, Gensler and Development Design Group, Inc. Development and investment partners have included TIAA, Northstar, USRA, Nationwide Insurance, Blackstone, Duke Realty and Inland. Approximately 35,000 daily employees work on-site and 30 million visitors arrive annually. Easton features best-in-class retailers, Fortune 500 corporations and the market’s top-performing hotels. The property was the winner of the ICSC 2016 Design and Development Commendation and the NAOIP 2005 Award for Best Office Park Development.
