Danielle Handy

Danielle Handy serves as Government Relations and Development Manager for RocaPoint Partners. With a background in local government, Ms. Handy has extensive expertise in analyzing and interpreting land development regulations and managing highly visible and sensitive development order applications. Ms. Handy develops and maintains relationships with local government officials and community stakeholders, including elected and appointed officials to facilitate and manage entitlements. Prior to joining RocaPoint Partners, Ms. Handy served as Chief Planner with the St. Johns County, Fl. Growth Management Department.

Ms. Handy is certified with the American Institute of Certified Planners and received a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. In addition, Ms. Handy recently graduated the Urban Land Institute Center for Leadership program in 2021.
