Dan Scully

Dan Scully is a Vice President at The Georgetown Company supporting the firm’s acquisitions, asset management and development activities across the U.S. Additionally, Dan leads Georgetown’s in-house property management platform – Park Madison Property Management. Since joining the firm in 2021, Dan has assumed asset management responsibility for a portfolio of multifamily, retail and office assets totaling 2.1 million square feet, and Dan has been involved in $115 million in acquisition and financing transactions.

Prior to joining Georgetown, Dan worked on the U.S. acquisitions team at UBS Global Real Estate in Hartford, CT where he successfully sourced, evaluated and closed over $1.4 billion in acquisitions and joint-venture equity transactions totaling more than 5.4 million square feet of multifamily, office, retail and industrial assets on the east coast. Dan also executed dispositions totaling nearly $1.4 billion across 3.8 million square feet of office, multifamily and industrial assets.

Dan graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, CT in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and received his Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School in New York, NY in 2021. Dan lives in Norwalk, CT with his wife.
