A Georgetown Company principal served as the Development Manager for the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation, pursuing various scenarios for the demolition and redevelopment of Columbus’ City Center. Completed in 2011, the redevelopment work resulted in a 5.7-acre park with the iconic Columbus Commons “bandshell,” as well as created 2.5 acres of development sites and over 1 million sq. ft. of potential residential and office development.
