Completed in two phases in 1998 and 2001, this 506,000 square foot facility was developed with Acock Associates Architects for JP Morgan Chase and now serves as the headquarters for Chase’s home mortgage business. The tenant’s recognition of the long-term value resulted in Chase’s purchase of the building in 2005.
