Carlos Valverde

Carlos Valverde is Senior Vice President at The Georgetown Company, a privately held, owner, investor, and developer of real estate throughout the United States. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, spanning design, construction, and development of office, residential, hotel, and retail properties, Mr. Valverde currently oversees the development and construction efforts of a wide range of projects across the United States.

Before joining Georgetown, Mr. Valverde was at Silverstein Properties where he managed architectural and engineering teams, conducted due diligence and investment planning, negotiated contracts and agreements with clients and stakeholders, and oversaw the entire construction process for several multi-billion dollar projects, such as the Walt Disney Company HQ in New York and the monumental World Trade Center campus in downtown Manhattan.

Mr. Valverde is also committed to advancing the environmental, social, and economic goals of The Georgetown Company and his community, as evidenced by his involvement in various industry associations and initiatives such as the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Association of Mexican Professional Entrepreneurs (APEM), and other non-profit endeavors. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and professional certificates in real estate from New York University.
