Brett Yenser

Brett Yenser is an experienced real estate professional, with a career spanning 15 years. Prior to joining RocaPoint Partners in 2018, Brett spent 10 years at JLL, where he held various integral roles in retail brokerage, property management, tenant coordination, and development services.

Brett's noteworthy achievements include his heavy involvement in the retail lease-up of Halcyon Forsyth during his time at JLL. Following the successful completion of the lease-up for the retail portion of Phase 1, he transitioned to the Development team at RocaPoint Partners, taking on a pivotal role in leading tenant coordination efforts and successfully getting the project open to the public. As the Development and Leasing Manager at RocaPoint Partners, Brett oversees the day-to-day retail leasing program and merchandising planning, the office and retail tenant coordination, as well as pre-development design coordination of the master plans and tenant spaces across multiple assets.

Graduating from the University of West Georgia with a BBA in Business Management, Brett excelled both academically and athletically, having played football on a full scholarship. Alongside his professional achievements, he remains an active member of the international Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), furthering his industry knowledge and connections. Brett also holds real estate licenses in both Georgia and Florida.
