Bradley Settleman
Mr. Settleman has been a principal investor in commercial real estate for the past 28 years with broad experience investing throughout the capital structure in acquisition and development including structured debt investments. Mr. Settleman is a Managing Director at The Georgetown Company responsible for sourcing and managing new investment opportunities as well as developing and managing institutional investor relationships.
Mr. Settleman is also a co-founder of Tall Pines Capital along with his partner Emanuel Stern. Prior to founding Tall Pines, Mr. Settleman was President of 40 North Properties and is also the Founder and Managing Principal of Latus Real Estate Partners, both opportunistic real estate investment platforms based in New York City. Previously, Mr. Settleman spent more than eight years at Credit Suisse in the real estate and commercial mortgage area where he was a founding member of the principal investment group, which invested and managed more than $3 billion of the firm’s proprietary capital in commercial mortgage debt and real estate equity transactions.
Mr. Settleman is a graduate of Syracuse University and earned his MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
