Acquired a $20MM mezzanine construction loan in partnership with Criterion Real Estate Capital and Main Street Advisors, later restructured into a $30MM mezzanine loan, for a substantially complete, mixed-use retail and condominium development in Manhattan. Subsequently sold loan position after 20-month hold, recovering full principal and generating annualized yield of 18%.
