Avi brings over 20 years of premier luxury lifestyle hospitality and asset management expertise to the firm, having successfully spearheaded pre-opening strategies, brand innovations, and financial performance for major properties across the United States. Prior to joining The Georgetown Company, he served as Vice President of Lifestyle Hotels at First Hospitality and Vice President of Operations at Akara Partners, LLC, where he oversaw a nationwide portfolio of multi-family units and luxury hotels in key markets such as Nashville, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, and Denver. His corporate leadership background also includes serving as the pre-opening General Manager for Nashville’s award-winning Bobby Hotel, Area General Manager for NYLO Hotels in Texas, and Director of Hotel Operations for the luxury boutique brand Hotel ZaZa.
