As a continuation of the master plan for Alliance Data System’s retail division headquarters, the ADS development features collaborative work spaces with rich employee amenities. The three and four-story buildings were designed by architects Moody Nolan and sold to USRA and Cantor Fitzgerald Commercial Real Estate. The development surrounds a 2.3 acre park, designed by James Burkart Associates, Inc., and includes over 565,000 square feet of office space and 2,825 parking spaces situated on 43 acres.
