Located along Easton Square Place, this Class A office building was built for Abbott Laboratories to house approximately 800 employees from the Abbott Nutrition division, as well as Abbott employees from disparate locations throughout Columbus. Architect Moody Nolan designed the building to be reflective of Easton’s architectural standards and Abbott’s aesthetic. The four-story, 215,000 square foot building, situated on 18.6 acres, houses an open, collaborative work environment in a light-filled setting adjacent to water features and a 2.3 acre park, designed by James Burkhart Associates, Inc. The building was completed in March 2017 and sold in May 2017 to 90 North and KAMCO.
