Paul joined The Georgetown Company as Managing Director of Development in 2023. He is responsible for directing and executing the management of large-scale, complex real estate development projects across the company’s portfolio.  In his time at Georgetown, he has led the development of 707 11th Avenue, a ~185,000 RSF ground-up, purpose-built life science building located on Manhattan’s West Side including obtaining significant incentives from the New York Economic Development Corporation for the project and the entitlement process for 1565 N. Clybourn, a 396-unit multi-family project in Lincoln Park, Chicago.

Prior to joining Georgetown, Paul served as Managing Director of Chelsfield America where amongst other projects he led the firms’ efforts on the entitlement, landmarking and redevelopment of 550 Madison Avenue in New York, an 850,000 sq ft Class A office tower (first to achieve a LEED Platinum & WELL Gold certification in NY) including the creation of the largest new public garden in East Midtown for over 40 years and the creation of new Madison Avenue retail. Formerly, he was based in London where he was involved in a broad range of Chelsfield’s real estate investments across Europe.

Previously, Paul worked at 3i plc in the Buyouts business, and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Société Générale in both M&A and leveraged finance.  Paul holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Peter Armstrong is a Managing Director with The Georgetown Company.  Peter opened the Washington, DC office for the firm in 2013 and is responsible for the Georgetown’s investments in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining The Georgetown Company, Peter was a Senior Project Manager for WC Smith, one of largest developers of multi-family properties in Washington, DC.

Peter graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in History in 2006 and holds a MPS-Real Estate degree with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University. Peter is active in philanthropy for the University of Virginia. He served as the vice-chair for the Greater Washington Regional Board for the University’s College of Arts and Sciences and recently completed a six-year term as a board member of the College of Arts and Sciences’ Benefactors Society Board. Peter lives in Washington, DC with his wife Marta and son Lucas.

Riley Bartlett is a Development Manager with The Georgetown Company. Riley is responsible for managing day-to-day development activities on Georgetown’s investments in the Washington DC area. Prior to joining The Georgetown Company, Riley was a Senior Analyst for JBG SMITH (NYSE: JBGS), a leading owner and developer of high-quality, mixed-use properties in the Washington, DC metro area. In his prior role, Riley was primarily responsible for executing development plans for several mixed-use and placemaking projects including Eckington Yards, a 600+ unit multifamily development, National Landing Water Park, a 1.6-acre retail adaptive reuse, and 2200 Crystal Drive, a 200+ unit office-to-residential conversion.

Riley graduated from Washington & Lee University in 2020 with a B.S. in Business Administration and B.A. in Politics. He also received a Commission from the Virginia Military Institute Army ROTC program and currently serves as a Logistics Officer in the United States Army Reserve.

James is the Senior Project Manager of RocaPoint Partners.  Mr. Dean has a diverse real estate background through 40+ years of experience in @ 4 million SF of construction/development projects including mixed-use (infrastructure, retail, office, multi-family, hotel), office headquarters (Delta, Cox, TSYS, Greenville County),  trade marts (Atlanta Gift Mart), and entertainment venues (N Augusta GreenJackets professional baseball, Atlanta Variety Playhouse), in addition to asset management/ redevelopment of various hotel, USVI resort, and office acquisitions.

Mr. Dean’s work background includes Portman Properties, Cousins Properties, Lennar Partners, Wells Real Estate, and others.  Many of James’s projects have included high profile architects of design such as John Portman, Kevin Roche, and Foster + Partners.  James has undergraduate degrees in Finance and Construction from Louisiana State University.

Mr. Fischer is a Managing Director with Georgetown and leads the Los Angeles office. Mr. Fischer has over 30 years of experience in both real estate and entertainment. Prior to joining Georgetown in 2013, Mr. Fischer was involved in the acquisition, development and leasing of over five million square feet of retail, residential and mixed-use real estate. Mr. Fischer was previously Senior Vice President of Development for Gameworks, a joint venture of Universal Studios, Dreamworks SKG, and Sega of Japan, where he was responsible for directing the design, construction, dealmaking, and overall development of this international retail and entertainment concept. Prior to Gameworks, Mr. Fischer was Vice President of Business Development, and Director, Asia-Pacific, for Showscan, a specialty theatre development company. Before joining Showscan, Mr. Fischer spent eight years as Vice President of The Fischer Group, a privately held developer of diversified projects, focusing on regional malls and specialty retail development.

Mr. Fischer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, with a specialization in Real Estate and Entrepreneurial Management.

Michael Fishbin is Managing Director and Head of Hospitality at The Georgetown Company with a focus on growing their hotel development and acquisition portfolio.

Michael is a nationally renowned leader in the Hospitality industry, having served as EY’s Global and Americas Hospitality Leader since 2007. Michael joined EY in 1995 as part of the firm’s merger with Kenneth Leventhal & Company. At EY, Michael’s leadership responsibilities included developing and executing the strategic plan for the global hospitality practice. Throughout his career at EY, Michael was recognized for his dedication to career development with a strong focus on diversity and inclusiveness. Michael was a regular speaker at leading industry conferences including ALIS, IHIF, and NYU. Additionally, he served as a long-time member on the Executive Planning Committee for the NYU International Investment Conference. Also, Michael served as an Adjunct Faculty member at NYU’s Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality where he co-authored and taught a course entitled Lodging Development.

In his spare time, Michael devotes a significant amount of energy to charitable and not-for-profit activities. He currently sits as an advisory board member of Rock and Wrap it Up! a non-profit anti-poverty organization that serves the sports, music, education and hotel industries in the fight to alleviate hunger. Recently, Michael and his wife, Dori, were honored with a Humanitarian of the Year Award for greatly expanding the food distribution network through relationships in the Sports and Hospitality sectors.

Beatrice Galilee serves as an Advisor to Georgetown on design and architectural matters.  She is a London-born curator, writer and cultural advisor who is internationally recognized for her expertise in global contemporary architecture and design. Ms. Galilee is the author of Radical Architecture of the Future, published by Phaidon in 2021, and between 2014-2019 served as the first curator of contemporary architecture and design at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Currently living in New York, Ms Galilee is co-founder and executive director of The World Around, a new platform for contemporary design and architecture that is in residence at the Guggenheim Museum. Beatrice is a visiting professor at Pratt Institute where she lectures on curating.

Beatrice Galilee served as chief curator of the 2013 Lisbon Architecture Triennale; co-curator of 2011 Gwangju Design Biennale, co-curator of 2009 Shenzhen Hong Kong Bi-City Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism. Between 2010-2012 she launched and co-directed The Gopher Hole, an experimental exhibition and project space in London.

Between 2006-2009 she served the award-winning architecture editor of Icon Magazine, one of Europe’s leading publications in architecture and design, and is a respected critic: her reviews, profiles and features on contemporary design have been published in a number of international magazines and books as well as daily newspapers.  Ms. Galilee earned her BSc in Architecture from the University of Bath, MA in Architectural History from University College London and PhD in Architecture from the Royal College of Art.

Daniel Gohari oversees Georgetown’s financial operations, cash management, budget & forecasting, audit & tax oversight, and reporting. Since joining, he has led the firm in its transition to implement new accounting and finance software, modernizing the core accounting functions along with investment accounting and development job cost.  Prior to joining Georgetown, Daniel was an Assistant Controller at George Comfort & Sons, a privately held real estate company whose focus was to own and manage commercial office buildings. He was responsible for financial related functions which included accounting and reporting, cash flow management, creating and tracking budgets and treasury functions. From 2004 to 2013, Daniel was an Audit Supervisor at Margolin Winer & Evens (acquired by Baker Tilly), with a focus on real estate, hedge funds, and manufacturing and distribution. He worked on audit, tax, and advisory projects for various clients such as Empire State Realty Trust, Grid Properties, Vanbarton Group, and Pepsi & Canada Dry Bottling.

 Prior to joining Georgetown, Griffin was an Investment Banking Associate in the Technology, Media & Telecom group at Bank of America, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising advisory assignments for FinTech companies. Focusing on advising consumer FinTech, data and information services, and capital markets technology companies, Griffin worked on a wide range of advisory projects for Bank of America’s various clients such as American Express, Capital One, Verisk, FactSet, Optimal Blue and Enfusion.

David Lee Gonzalez joined The Georgetown Company as Director of Tax Accounting in December 2023. With extensive expertise in federal, state, and local tax regulations, David specializes in ensuring compliance, optimizing tax strategies and maximizing tax efficiencies for the company and its investors. Since joining, he has led efforts to enhance the tax reporting functionality and modernize various reporting processes.

Prior to joining The Georgetown Company, David served as Head of Tax and Vice President at Roosevelt Management Company LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor specializing in US residential mortgage assets, including mortgage servicing rights, whole loans and asset backed securities on behalf of institutional investors. In this role, he oversaw all tax reporting and planning, managing federal, state and international tax matters.

David launched his career with three of the “Big Four” global accounting firms—Deloitte Tax LLP, Ernst & Young LLP, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP—where he built a strong professional network and developed proficiency in tax compliance, research and strategy.

T.J. Gottesdiener’s career as an architect has been defined by his interest in highly complex, large-scale urban projects that shape cities. Prior to his time at Georgetown, he was a Partner at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill for thirty years. T.J. has overseen a wide range of projects, from speculative developments and owner-occupied buildings to civic facilities and office interiors. In addition to his project leadership, he was responsible for the management and operations of SOM’s New York office for more than two decades.

T.J. has led many complex and challenging projects in New York City, including the revitalization of the World Trade Center site. He has played a major and involved role in the planning, design, and construction of two key projects: 7 World Trade Center, which opened in 2006, and One World Trade Center, which opened in 2014. Other high-profile Manhattan projects include the Time Warner Center, Disney’s New York headquarters, a new global headquarters for Citi, a new library for Barnard College, a residential tower at 101 Warren Street, and the renovation of the landmark Lever House tower. T.J.’s distinguished portfolio also features interiors for financial and corporate clients such as Citi, New York Stock Exchange, Alcoa, JPMorgan Chase, and Hudson’s Bay Company.

The breadth of T.J.’s experience is further demonstrated by his global work. International projects include Ben Gurion Airport in Israel, AIG Tower in Hong Kong, Tokyo Midtown in Japan, and Guoco Tower in Singapore. Moreover, he has been responsible for projects in the Philippines and Brazil totaling more than nine million square feet.

T.J. has shown his commitment to New York City through involvement in numerous civic organizations, including the Real Estate Board of New York, The Skyscraper Museum, the Lower Manhattan Association, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Real Estate Council. Danielle Handy serves as Government Relations and Development Manager for RocaPoint Partners. With a background in local government, Ms. Handy has extensive expertise in analyzing and interpreting land development regulations and managing highly visible and sensitive development order applications. Ms. Handy develops and maintains relationships with local government officials and community stakeholders, including elected and appointed officials to facilitate and manage entitlements. Prior to joining RocaPoint Partners, Ms. Handy served as Chief Planner with the St. Johns County, Fl. Growth Management Department.

Ms. Handy is certified with the American Institute of Certified Planners and received a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. Edgar A. Lampert is Vice Chairman of The Georgetown Company. He is a Trustee, and a member of the Executive Committee, of the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and a member of the trustees’ council of the Preservation League of New York State.  He formerly served as President of the Board of the New York Landmarks Conservancy and President of the New York City Housing Partnership.

Mr. Lampert graduated magna cum laude with high honors in political science from Colgate University.  After receiving his B.A. in 1962, he attended NYU, earning his LL.B. in 1965 and his LL.M. one year later.

Patrick Leonard, P.E. is a principal of RocaPoint Partners. Mr. Leonard has a diverse financial background and more than 20 years of construction and development experience. Accomplishments include managing the acquisition and disposition of several large bank portfolios, constructing more than $300M of new restaurants and retail establishments nationwide, developing more than 2,000 residential lots throughout the southeast and managing the construction of a new MARTA station and DOT’s Freedom Parkway in Atlanta, GA.

Phil Mays is a principal of RocaPoint Partners. Mr. Mays has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, development, land use and zoning. Prior to RocaPoint, Mr. Mays was the Director and Chief Legal Officer for EverBank’s commercial special servicing division. Mr. Mays formed and managed EverBank’s Commercial Special Assets Department (now TIAA Bank) containing more than $1.5 billion in underperforming CRE backed debt. Prior to EverBank, Mr. Mays acquired and developed real estate in the Southeastern United States for more than a decade after practicing law in Atlanta during his early career.

Mr. Mays received his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Florida and a Leadership in Financial Organizations certification from The Harvard Business School. Further, Mr. Mays served a gubernatorial appointment to the St. Johns County, FL Board of County Commissioners from 2008-2010.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, she integrates global best practices in project governance and delivery to consistently achieve high-quality outcomes. She is committed to long-term visioning that aligns each project with broader organizational goals and lasting project value.

Prior to joining Georgetown, she contributed to landmark developments at RAMSA | Robert A.M. Stern Architects, working on international, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-profile projects with design excellence.

Motomi holds dual Master’s degrees in Interior Architecture from ESAG Penninghen in Paris and in Product Design from Aalto University in Helsinki. Her background also includes specialized training in timber construction and furniture design, which strengthens her approach to project execution with in-depth knowledge of fabrication and product development.

Prior thereto, he was a Senior Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom for almost 35 years.  As head of the Skadden’s real estate practice, Mr. Needell led the firm’s practice on real estate development, purchase and sale transactions, financings, real estate investment trusts, major headquarters leases, hotel operation, development and financing, and matters relating to pension fund investments in real estate.

Mr. Needell represented numerous clients such as Boston Properties; Calvin Klein; The Clarett Group; ING Real Estate; the estate of Ahmet Ertegun; The Georgetown Company; Howard Parnes; the Helmsley Charitable Trust; Orient-Express Hotels; Ian Schrager; André Balazs; Larry Silverstein; Wenner Media, Inc.; The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey; the Empire State Development Corporation; Governors Island Preservation and Education Corporation; Madison Square Garden; The Howard Hughes Corporation; Xin Zhang; The Shed; and the estate of Leona M. His corporate leadership background also includes serving as the pre-opening General Manager for Nashville’s award-winning Bobby Hotel, Area General Manager for NYLO Hotels in Texas, and Director of Hotel Operations for the luxury boutique brand Hotel ZaZa.

Christina Oppold joined The Georgetown Company in 2012 and has overseen the human resources office since 2016.  Instrumental in creating and launching the HR structure for the organization and assuming the role of Director in 2022, she is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function and establishing a vision and direction for all policies and services. In addition to her work at The Georgetown Company, Christina provides human resource leadership and technical oversight for Park Madison Property Management, LLC.

Prior to joining Georgetown, Seth worked at Greystar on the development team in Los Angeles and before that at AECOM Capital on the investments team. At Greystar, Seth was primarily responsible for managing several ongoing multifamily, mixed-use, and industrial development projects in multiple submarkets in Southern California totaling more than $500M applicable cost. At AECOM Capital, Seth was on the investments team where he focused on underwriting and executing Co-GP and LP equity investments out of the AECOM-Canyon Partners co-managed private equity fund.

Will Phinney is an Associate on the Acquisitions & Development team at The Georgetown Company, a privately held, owner, investor, and developer of real estate throughout the United States. Will’s responsibilities include identifying & underwriting potential acquisitions and investment opportunities, development & construction management, asset management, financing, investor reporting, investment sales, and leasing.

 Prior to joining Georgetown, Will was on the Acquisitions and Development Team at Standard International, a lifestyle hotel owner/operator. Prior to Standard, Will worked in commercial real estate lending on the Special Situations team at Prime Finance.

 Will received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College.

Matt Phillips

Matt Phillips is a real estate professional with over thirty years of construction development and property management experience. Mr. Phillips began his career with the Beck Group in Atlanta and has completed projects totaling over 5M sf of build-to-suit and speculative projects including office, retail, hospitality and industrial. Prior to joining RocaPoint Mr. Phillips held the following positions: Development Manager for Homestead Village Hotels, Director of Construction for Seefried Properties, Vice President of Paragon Development and most recently President of FirstService Residential.

Mr. Phillips has extensive experience leading project teams, including owners, architects, engineers, and contractors from project inception to substantial completion and turnover. Having recently completed the PGA TOUR’s new headquarters building in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, Matt is now leading the development of PGA TOUR Studios, a 165,000sf broadcast facility located in Ponte Vedra Beach.   Other notable build-to-suit clients have included AT&T, GE, Lotus USA, Ethan Allen Furniture, Harley Davidson, Crate & Barrel and Dunkin Donuts.

Mr. Phillips graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Construction Management and obtained his Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Dan Scully is a Vice President at The Georgetown Company supporting the firm’s acquisitions, asset management and development activities across the U.S. Additionally, Dan leads Georgetown’s in-house property management platform – Park Madison Property Management. Since joining the firm in 2021, Dan has assumed asset management responsibility for a portfolio of multifamily, retail and office assets totaling 2.1 million square feet, and Dan has been involved in $115 million in acquisition and financing transactions.

Prior to joining Georgetown, Dan worked on the U.S. acquisitions team at UBS Global Real Estate in Hartford, CT where he successfully sourced, evaluated and closed over $1.4 billion in acquisitions and joint-venture equity transactions totaling more than 5.4 million square feet of multifamily, office, retail and industrial assets on the east coast. Dan also executed dispositions totaling nearly $1.4 billion across 3.8 million square feet of office, multifamily and industrial assets.

Dan graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, CT in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and received his Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School in New York, NY in 2021. Dan lives in Norwalk, CT with his wife.

Mr. Settleman has been a principal investor in commercial real estate for the past 28 years with broad experience investing throughout the capital structure in acquisition and development including structured debt investments. Mr. Settleman is a Managing Director at The Georgetown Company responsible for sourcing and managing new investment opportunities as well as developing and managing institutional investor relationships.

Mr. Settleman is also a co-founder of Tall Pines Capital along with his partner Emanuel Stern. Prior to founding Tall Pines, Mr. Settleman was President of 40 North Properties and is also the Founder and Managing Principal of Latus Real Estate Partners, both opportunistic real estate investment platforms based in New York City. Previously, Mr. Settleman spent more than eight years at Credit Suisse in the real estate and commercial mortgage area where he was a founding member of the principal investment group, which invested and managed more than $3 billion of the firm’s proprietary capital in commercial mortgage debt and real estate equity transactions.

Mr. Settleman is a graduate of Syracuse University and earned his MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Prior to joining Georgetown, Menty was an accountant at OTG Management, an award-winning airport hospitality company that operates more than 250 restaurants and retail outlets in 11 airports throughout North America. She was responsible for accounting and financial related functions.

Joel Silverman is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and several other states and has over 45 years of experience as both a contractor / construction manager and consultant. He was an Associate Professor of Real Estate Development teaching Construction Management and Technology at Columbia University. He was also the president of HRH Construction Corporation in New York and was responsible for the construction management of projects such as the Javits Convention Center, the Rockefeller Research building at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and more than 14 million square feet of high rise commercial, mixed use, residential, hotel, and health related facilities.

Since 1999, Silverman has been president of Silverman & Associates, a firm providing full-service owner’s representation and construction consulting services for private and institutional clients such as the G.E. Pension Trust, NYU, Princeton University, the Georgetown Company, Hines, Related, Bloomberg, IAC / Interactive Corp, and Time Warner. Silverman has taught at Cooper Union, has appeared in several Public Television documentaries about the Empire State Building, and also guest lectures on construction related topics for the School of Architecture at Cornell.

Baird in the Real Estate Investment Banking group.  In his prior role, Winston advised both public REITs and private operators on their capital market strategies and managed their acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture transactions. Thomas Sprague is a Senior Associate on the Acquisitions & Development team at The Georgetown Company, a privately held, owner, investor, and developer of real estate throughout the United States. Thomas’s responsibilities include identifying & underwriting potential acquisitions and investment opportunities, development & construction management, asset management, financing, investor reporting, investment sales and leasing.

Prior to joining Georgetown, Thomas worked at Guggenheim Securities in the Industrials Investment Banking group and before that at BNP Paribas in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. In his prior roles, Thomas advised large corporate clients, family businesses, and private equity sponsors on M&A opportunities and capital raising initiatives, advising on transactions in excess of $4.0 billion. Thomas acted as buy-side advisor to BidFair USA (entity owned by Patrick Drahi) on its $3.7 billion take private of Sotheby’s and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Titan Aviation Holdings (subsidiary of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAWW)) on its $400mm joint venture with Bain Capital Credit.

Thomas received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School graduating with distinction and with a concentration in finance and real estate.

Carlos Valverde is Senior Vice President at The Georgetown Company, a privately held, owner, investor, and developer of real estate throughout the United States. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, spanning design, construction, and development of office, residential, hotel, and retail properties, Mr. Valverde currently oversees the development and construction efforts of a wide range of projects across the United States.

Before joining Georgetown, Mr. Valverde was at Silverstein Properties where he managed architectural and engineering teams, conducted due diligence and investment planning, negotiated contracts and agreements with clients and stakeholders, and oversaw the entire construction process for several multi-billion dollar projects, such as the Walt Disney Company HQ in New York and the monumental World Trade Center campus in downtown Manhattan.

Mr. Valverde is also committed to advancing the environmental, social, and economic goals of The Georgetown Company and his community, as evidenced by his involvement in various industry associations and initiatives such as the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Association of Mexican Professional Entrepreneurs (APEM), and other non-profit endeavors. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and professional certificates in real estate from New York University.

Michael T. Whitman works in The Georgetown Company Columbus, Ohio office with primary focus on Easton office development and leasing.  Mike moved from Chicago to Columbus in June 1999 to lead Duke Realty’s Easton office initiatives.  In June 2006 while working on a joint venture build-to-suit project with Georgetown, Mike joined the firm.  During his twenty-four-year tenure the Easton office submarket has grown to over 4.2 million square feet while achieving Central Ohio’s highest occupancy and rent.  Mike also participates in Georgetown’s Easton land acquisitions, leasing, and sales.

Mike devotes time to helping the Southside of Columbus serving for eight years on the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Healthy Neighborhoods Healthy Families Board and currently serves on the Parsons Avenue Redevelopment Corporation Board (“PARC”).  PARC recently acquired and renovated a former drive-through carry out to create the All People’s Fresh Market providing fresh produce to the Southside.

Mike received a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University in 1985, an MBA Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago in 1996, and maintains an Ohio Real Estate Broker’s license.  Mike and his wife Kimberly reside and raised their family in Columbus.

Brett Yenser is an experienced real estate professional, with a career spanning 15 years. Prior to joining RocaPoint Partners in 2018, Brett spent 10 years at JLL, where he held various integral roles in retail brokerage, property management, tenant coordination, and development services.

Brett’s noteworthy achievements include his heavy involvement in the retail lease-up of Halcyon Forsyth during his time at JLL. Following the successful completion of the lease-up for the retail portion of Phase 1, he transitioned to the Development team at RocaPoint Partners, taking on a pivotal role in leading tenant coordination efforts and successfully getting the project open to the public. As the Development and Leasing Manager at RocaPoint Partners, Brett oversees the day-to-day retail leasing program and merchandising planning, the office and retail tenant coordination, as well as pre-development design coordination of the master plans and tenant spaces across multiple assets.

Graduating from the University of West Georgia with a BBA in Business Management, Brett excelled both academically and athletically, having played football on a full scholarship. Alongside his professional achievements, he remains an active member of the international Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), furthering his industry knowledge and connections. Brett also holds real estate licenses in both Georgia and Florida.
